Justin was the Project Manager on site. He was great at communicating, easy to get ahold of, and the job got done quickly with no issues on the roof replacement.
Jose was my installer and did a great job. Matt was the project manager and was on site. Although it hasn’t rained yet since the repair, I feel they got it right.
Matt and his crew arrived on time and man did they get to work. They removed our old roof and installed our 50 yr. guaranteed roof the same day. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were there. Everlasting Exterior Systems LLC is everything described in other reviews and more. They even managed to turn a home repair project into a home improvement. Since I already had them coming out to fix my decking where it was pulling away from the fascia, I had them remove and patch two plumbing vents that were no longer in use. Due to unavailability of exactly matching shingles, Mat and his workers carefully relocated shingles from the rear of my house to the front-facing spots from which they removed the vents. It looks immaculate. You can’t even tell anything used to be there. The increase to curb appeal was immediate and nothing short of tremendous, and it is entirely courtesy of Mat’s meticulous attention to detail and his workers’ expert execution. To say I am thrilled with the results is an understatement. I look forward to hiring these guys for all of my roofing and siding needs in the future (hopefully more improvements than repairs).
I had Everlasting Exterior Systems LLC replace a defective/damaged pipe boot. They were very professional. They contacted me the same day I put in the quote request for service. The price I was quoted was the one that I was charged. They arrived on time to start the work. Once on-site, Mat gave a clear explanation of the material they would be using which was superior to what the builder had used. In addition, Mat walked the entire roof to check for potential problems. He noticed a few nail pops which were corrected and applied caulking to the areas that needed it. Homeowner was concerned about the shingles near a roof valley that weren’t laying down to match the rest of the shingles. The Project Manager sent the installer back to the home and he reinstalled new shingles and sheathing. Very pleased with their work; would use them again in the future, should the need arise.

It was done in two days. He kept me up to date as they progressed. Gutters were replaced on third day. Mat came that day to pick up any debris and he even had a blower to blow out the steps. I will admit that I was apprehensive about hiring a roofing company because I’m not very knowledgeable about this business. Being a senior citizen, I am wary. Matt was very personable and I felt he would “treat me right.” I liked that he represented a local family business. He inspected my roof and told me what he thought. We decided to replace the roof because the company that had installed the roof had done a terrible job. Several things were not up to code. I had had to have the roof patched several times over the years. The crew arrived about 7 one morning and that evening I had a new roof. Matt came later; went on the roof and inspected it. It looks beautiful and I highly recommended this company.

This company had great contractors doing the work, very efficient crews. I had my roof done and gutters replaced. There was some miscommunication with the sales dept. It’s all good though.
